Welcome and verification
Greet new members with a card and a message, say goodbye when they leave, and make newcomers accept your rules or pass a check before they see the rest of the server.
Welcome messages
Pick a channel on the dashboard's Welcome page, or:
/config welcome-channel channel:#welcome send-to:Channel
Setting a channel turns welcomes on. Send them to the channel, the member's DMs, or both. Each welcome comes with a picture card of the member.
Write your own text with tokens:
{user}mentions the member,{user.name}just names them.{server.name}and{server.members}for the server and its member count.{inviter.name}and{invite.code}for who invited them.
Goodbye messages
/config leaving-channel channel:#goodbye
Omni posts a goodbye card when someone leaves. Members kicked or banned by a moderator get no goodbye, but you can turn on a short note when someone is banned.
Change how the cards look
Open Card styles on the dashboard to pick the background, accent colour, layout and font for welcome cards, rank cards and level-ups. You can also use /config canvas.
Verification
Choose how new members get in on the dashboard's Verification page, or with /rules:
- Accept the rules: members press an I agree button under your rules.
- Captcha: they type a code from a picture.
- Password: they type a word hidden in your rules, which proves they read them.
- Quiz: three questions in their DMs.
/rules setup channel:#rules role:@Verified rules:Be nice.\nNo spam. /rules mode type:Captcha
Members who pass get the verified role.
Verification only hands out a role. Lock your channels yourself: let @everyone see just the rules channel, and give the verified role access to the rest.
