Auto-responders

Auto-responders reply when a message matches a trigger: answer FAQs, react to keywords, or hand out a role. Moderators can set them up.

Make one

Open the dashboard's Responders page and press New auto-responder, or:

/autoresponder create trigger:how do i verify response:Head to #verify and press the button!

Matching ignores capital letters. A server can have up to 100.

Ways to match

• Contains (the default), Is exactly, Starts with or Ends with the trigger.
• Wildcard: * for any text, ? for one character.
• Regex for advanced patterns.
• Messages with an attachment, image, video or audio, or that mention a user, role or channel.

What it replies

Reply to the message, post in the channel, DM the member, or don't reply and only run actions. Add up to 20 replies and Omni picks one at random. Tokens make replies smarter:

• {user}, {server} and $1 (the word after the trigger) fill in details.
• {choose:a|b|c} and {random:1-100} add variety.
• {addrole:@role}, {addxp:50} or {addcoins:10} reward the member.
• {delay:5}, {deleteafter:60} and {chance:50} control timing.

Where and how often

Limit a responder to certain channels or roles, or keep it out of them. A cooldown (10 seconds by default) stops it from spamming, counted for the whole server, per channel or per member.
