Games and game night

Omni runs group games in your channels, and can host a weekly game night with a fixed lineup, prizes and a champion role.

Start a game

Anyone can start a game with /play. Others join from the lobby before it begins.

• quiz: 3–20 rounds on general knowledge, cars, anime, gaming, nature or a mix.
• hungergames: 2–48 players, last one standing.
• heist: 2–12 players.
• poker: Texas Hold'em for 2–8.
• hangman and werewolf (5–16 players).

Only one game runs in a channel at a time.

Buy-ins and prizes

Add buy-in: to play for coins: everyone pays in and the winners take the pot. If the game crashes, everyone gets their coins back. Buy-ins need the economy to be on.

Free games pay 100, 50 and 25 coins to the top three while the economy is on.

Weekly game night

Pick a channel, day and time on the dashboard's Game night page, or:

A day before, Omni posts a card where members say if they're in. It pings your chosen role 30 minutes before, then runs a quiz, Hunger Games and a heist. Points from all three decide the winner.

• Prize: 500 coins for the winner by default, half for second and a quarter for third.
• Champion role: the winner holds it for a week.
• Double XP and coins for chatting while it runs.

Your own trivia questions

Add questions on the dashboard's Trivia page. The game night quiz and /play quiz use them, and you can set how many coins a right answer pays.
